Broken Out of the Box

The mechanism that drops down to the grab the paper and feed it through the printer will not drop down, and frequently displays an erroneous "paper jam" message. This is such a hassle to pack back up and return. I usually love Samsung products, but this one is a huge let down.

Piece of Junk

This printer has got to be the WORST piece of junk ever produced. I thought SAMSUNG was a good company, but they sure dropped the ball on this thing. If you insert more than a few sheets of paper, it will not load and shows "Printer Jam" then you've got to shut it off and on again and try to pick up your print job, which usually won't work. Even when it's running, the paper feed will stop mid-sheet and again you've got to do everything all over. Takes all my will-power to keep from throwing it out the window! DON'T BUY THIS THING!!

Samsung Toners are region specific

I have puchased the Printer Samsung ML-2165.
Now I tried to buy a tonner for this because mine is empty (the initial one).
I purchased the original Samsung Tonner MLT-D101S but it is not working.
Be aware that Samsung Toners are region specific.

That is the reason that I will never buy any Samsung Printer Again or Any Samsung Tonner.
In my oppinion this is one of the gratest fraud ever.
Have this in mind before you purchase any Samsung thing.
I recommend: stay away from Samsung. You will through away your money.
