This works great

I have a windows xp computer and I was afraid what if this printer does not work due to some driver issue.
The package has a printer, a installation CD, an USB cable i.e. interface to computer and power cable.

I unpack the package and then powered up the printer. I then connected USB cable to my PC. My PC did recognize the USB device but didn't go for driver installation. At once I thought that now it should work. Then I put paper in the printer.
At the right side of printer there is push sign which need some pressure of your finger and upper deck will open up.
You just need to place your paper roll at right place. There is no holder so you don't need to search for it.

Now put the installation CD into cd driver.
go to printer\POS58 Driver
run setup.exe
This will setup the pos printer
If you don't run this setup you will not be able to print.
Now you can write your document/receipt in microsoft word and print it. In the print option pos printer will show.
That is amazing. I had initial difficulty in finding setup.exe but once installed it is smooth.

Awesome product for the price.

Got this unit in ahead of schedule to Hawaii. Great seller and fast shipping. Paired this unit with Quickbooks and it runs flawlessly. We will be getting another one when we decide to open another terminal. Can't beat it for the price.

Its worth to try and price also. One of my friend used it and he was very happy with that...but the width of the paper is small
